Ready to jump into the madness? Skullcraft Street isn’t just a haunted attraction — it’s a full-blown West Hills tradition. Every year we build a world of monsters, mayhem, fog, firelight, and pure Halloween magic… and none of it happens without an incredible crew of volunteers who bring the scares to life.
If you’ve ever wanted to be part of something wild, creative, and ridiculously fun, this is your shot.
Why Volunteer?
Because this place is a vibe.
You’re not just standing around holding a prop — you’re stepping into a living, breathing horror universe. We’ve got characters, storylines, hidden pathways, secret triggers, animatronics, tech, and cinematic lighting everywhere.
You’ll get to:
-
Help bring an award-winning Halloween attraction to life
-
Act, scare, or assist behind the scenes
-
Learn the ropes on FX makeup, lighting, fog machines, props, sets, and haunt operations
-
Work alongside a passionate team that treats Halloween like it’s a competitive sport
-
Earn community service hours (high school friendly!)
-
Be part of something the neighborhood talks about all year
Roles Available
We’ve got a spot with your name on it—pick your poison:
🎃 Scare Actor
Become a monster, ghost, creature, or something so twisted we haven’t invented it yet. You bring the energy — we supply the costume and the chaos.
👻 Scene Operator
Control lights, fog, sound cues, jump scares, and special effects. Great for anyone who loves tech or wants to boss around the dark.
🕸️ Set & Prop Crew
Help build, paint, wire, rig, decorate, and fine-tune the haunt. If you’re crafty or handy, this is your playground.
🩸 Makeup & Costuming
Turn normal humans into nightmare fuel.
🦇 Guest Flow & Safety Team
Keep the night running smooth while still looking spooky. Perfect for anyone who likes being helpful without hiding in a coffin.
